How G-Delight Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use 7speed.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

G-Delight Inc. (“7speed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://7speedsolutions.com and the 7speed mobile and web applications (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service. In this Policy, “7speed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean G-Delight Inc., the company that provides the Service. The legal company name appears below only where we identify the contracting entity (for example, contact details).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, organization name, password or authentication credentials (stored securely via our identity provider), and role within your organization.
  • Contact information: phone numbers for your account, business lines, extensions, and contacts you add or import.
  • Communications data: voice calls, SMS/text messages, voicemails, faxes, in-app chat messages, video/huddle session metadata, and related metadata (timestamps, direction, duration, delivery status, participant identifiers).
  • Recordings and AI features: call or huddle recordings and transcripts or AI summaries when you (or your organization) enable those features and provide any required consent.
  • Emergency / E911 information: registered physical addresses and related details you provide so we can support emergency calling where available.
  • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP (for example, to suggest a local area code when you pick a number), log data, push notification tokens, and how you interact with the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: on our websites, we may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security.
  • Payment and billing information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Where communications are stored: Message bodies, call history, voicemail metadata, and related records are stored on our cloud systems (and those of our service providers) so the Service can sync across devices, support web and mobile clients, and power business/shared inboxes. Your device may also keep a local cache for performance; the durable copy of communications history for the Service is in the cloud unless we expressly offer a different local-only mode.

How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Enable calling, SMS, voicemail, fax, chat, video/huddles, and related communications
  • Authenticate users and enforce account security
  • Process subscriptions, billing, usage charges, and add-ons
  • Send service-related notifications (account alerts, security notices, support responses)
  • Generate AI summaries or transcripts when you enable those features
  • Support emergency calling (E911) using registered addresses you provide
  • Suggest phone-number area codes and personalize onboarding using coarse geo signals (for example IP-based city/region), not marketing profiles sold to others
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve and develop the Service
  • Carry out account deletion, inactivity cleanup, and phone-number pool management as described below

Home vs Business accounts

On Home plans, communications are generally associated with your personal account. On Business plans, administrators and authorized teammates may access shared numbers, inboxes, call histories, SMS threads, voicemails, and related records according to organization settings and roles. If you join a Business organization, that organization’s admins may have access to communications tied to the org’s lines and shared spaces.

Call recording and AI summaries

Some features allow recording of calls or sessions and creation of AI summaries. Recording may be subject to federal and state consent laws. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from participants before recording. Where the Service prompts for recording or AI-summary consent, we store your choice and may start or withhold recording accordingly. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are treated as communications data under this Policy.

SMS and mobile messaging

This section applies if you use 7speed SMS or receive text messages sent through the 7speed platform.

How SMS opt-in works (end users)

End users (customers of a 7speed business customer) opt in for our registered A2P campaign by texting the business’s 7speed phone number first (conversational / inbound opt-in). Full documentation: /sms-opt-in-and-consent/.

Creating a 7speed business account is not the same as opting in to receive SMS as an end user.

Outgoing SMS from your account

Texts sent from the Service (including optional “Message & decline” quick replies on an incoming call) are sent only when you (or an authorized user on your account) initiate them while signed in. Decline alone does not send a text. We do not send marketing SMS from your number without your action or authorized org configuration.

Mobile number non-sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used only to provide the 7speed Service, deliver messages you request or authorize, and comply with law. We may share information with service providers (such as telecommunications carriers) solely to deliver messages and operate the Service—not for their independent marketing use.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your use of the Service, your organization’s activity, and whether you are in an active two-way conversation. You may receive multiple messages per day during active use, or fewer messages when activity is low. We do not send marketing SMS unless you have opted in where required by law.

Rates disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.

Opt-out and help

You may stop receiving SMS from a 7speed business line by replying STOP to that number, where supported. Reply HELP for assistance where supported. You may also contact support@7speedsolutions.com or +1-469-665-9145.

How we share information

  • With service providers who help us operate the Service (see “Service providers” below), under contractual obligations to protect your data
  • Within your organization as part of normal use of Business accounts and shared inboxes
  • For legal reasons when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, with notice where required by law

We do not share mobile numbers for third-party marketing, as stated above.

Service providers

We use third-party processors to run the Service. Depending on features you use, these may include:

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, file storage, hosting, and related infrastructure
  • Twilio and underlying carriers — voice, SMS, numbers, and related telephony media (including some recordings and voicemail audio)
  • LiveKit and related media infrastructure — real-time voice/video for in-app calls/huddles when enabled
  • Payment processors — subscription and wallet/top-up payments (card data is handled by the processor), including Stripe and App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat where applicable
  • Email and push notification providers — transactional messages and device notifications

Providers process data only to provide their services to us and as described in their own privacy policies, subject to our agreements with them.

Law enforcement and legal requests

Because communications history and account data are stored on our systems (and those of our providers), we may receive requests from courts, law enforcement, or other government authorities. We review requests for legal validity and respond only to valid legal process as required by applicable law. Informal or unverified requests are not honored. We may notify affected users when legally permitted; we may be prohibited from giving notice in some cases.

Law enforcement agencies seeking records should contact privacy@7speedsolutions.com with a valid legal order. We may also receive and produce data held by our telephony or cloud providers when they are separately compelled.

Account deletion and data erasure

You may delete your 7speed account at any time from Settings → GDPR & privacy (confirming your email). Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account (or when we delete it under the inactivity / suspension rules below), we will, to the extent reasonably practicable:

  • Permanently erase or anonymize your account profile and associated personal data in our primary systems (including messages, call history, SMS, voicemail metadata, and related records tied to your account or, for a solo Home organization, that organization)
  • Cancel active paid subscriptions where we can do so programmatically (for example Stripe). If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you must also cancel auto-renewal in that store so billing does not continue
  • Return your 7speed phone number(s) to our 7speed number pool for possible reassignment to other users, rather than keeping them on your closed account. Unused pooled numbers may later be released back to our telephony provider near the provider’s billing cycle

Business organization owners with teammates must transfer ownership (or remove other members) before deleting an owner account that would leave the organization without an owner.

Deleting content item-by-item in the app may remove it from active views but does not replace full account deletion. Erasure from backups, logs, or provider systems may take additional time; we may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Inactivity, suspension, and automatic deletion

If your account is inactive for 120 consecutive days (no authenticated use of the Service), we may permanently delete it under the same policy as a manual deletion (data wipe, subscription cancel where applicable, and return of numbers to the 7speed pool).

For inactivity deletion, we send one email reminder about 30 days before the scheduled deletion. Signing in before deletion resets the inactivity clock.

If your account is suspended or deactivated and is not restored within 120 days, we may likewise permanently delete it under the same policy.

We may use last-activity timestamps and account-status change dates to apply these rules. You can avoid inactivity deletion by signing in and using the Service before the period ends, or by contacting support@7speedsolutions.com if you need help restoring a suspended account.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements—subject to the account deletion and automatic deletion rules above. Typical practices (subject to change, legal holds, and product settings):

  • Account profile and organization data: for the life of the account, then deleted or anonymized after closure or automatic deletion unless retention is required by law
  • Chat and SMS text history (message bodies without media): while the account (or Business organization) remains active, or until you delete specific items where the product allows—there is no plan-based expiration on text chat or SMS history; after account deletion these are erased from primary systems as described above; backups or logs may persist for a limited time
  • Images, videos, and MMS media: retained for 30 days on all plans, then deleted from primary systems (applicable to chat attachments, SMS/MMS media, and similar in-product media); backups or logs may persist for a limited time
  • Call history and voicemail metadata: while the account (or Business organization) remains active, or until you delete specific items where the product allows; after account deletion these are erased from primary systems as described above; backups or logs may persist for a limited time
  • Call/huddle recordings and AI summaries: for as long as retained in-product for your account/org, or until deleted; some temporary media used only to generate a summary may be deleted sooner
  • Phone numbers: assigned to your account while active; after deletion, held in our number pool for possible reassignment, or released to the telephony provider if unused near the provider billing anniversary
  • Security, fraud, and server logs: typically up to 12–24 months, or longer if needed for investigations or legal obligations
  • Billing records: as required by tax and accounting rules (often several years)

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. In the Service, Settings → GDPR & privacy offers export and account deletion tools where available. You may also contact privacy@7speedsolutions.com.

California and other U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing or “sales” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile numbers for third-party marketing. We may disclose information to service providers as described above. To exercise rights, email privacy@7speedsolutions.com. We will verify your request as required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
